Kudos to my mom today for gifting me with this little conversation tidbit:

“You’ve already done four times what Harper Lee did.”

Make no bones about it, I’m not comparing myself to Harper Lee, on any plane of existence, but that was awfully nice to hear. Look at me, writing and getting published and shit.
